Jon brings over 25 years serving in leadership roles with technology and health services supporting DoD and Federal healthcare and medical programs. As president, he oversees business growth and executive program oversight for behavioral health, medical and scientific research, technology, web services, medical logistics, acquisition, and clinical & biomedical engineering. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Shepherd University, and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
Dr. Alex Carlisle
Director of Business Development and Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Carlisle serves as Director of Business Development and Chief Scientific Officer where he leads efforts to expand the Company’s comprehensive health and scientific capabilities. Dr. Carlisle has led business and medical research development efforts including, integrating big data across the patient healthcare ecosystem, driving clinical discovery, and translating this information into clinically actionable information. His credentials include directing numerous research programs, a successful track record of technology development, programmatic management, publication, educating students, training personnel, and administrative oversight. He holds a Doctorate in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Howard University and received post-doctoral training at the NIH where he helped lead the NCI Cancer Genome Anatomy Project and identified molecular therapeutic targets in Parkinson’s Disease at the NINDS.
Mr. Brett Wilson
Senior Program Manager
Having supported a myriad of contracting portfolios since 1994, Brett brings a dynamic combination of strategic vision and significant operational experience to his role at Goldbelt Glacier Health Services, which includes building long-term client relationships and growing the Department of Defense (DOD), Federal, and Government business. His 20+ years of experience includes Program Manager/Senior Advisor supporting the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Staff with a number of IT Strategic Planning and Deployable Communications Programs. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Radford University.
