Jen Juliano, Program Manager

Jen Juliano currently services as the Program Manager for Goldbelt Glacier’s OCONUS Navy and Air Force contracts in Japan. She has more than 10 years of experience in the administration and management of contracts at the federal, state and local level as well as private sector. Prior to joining Goldbelt, Jen managed contracts for both the Department of Homeland Security and Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Medical Q Coded Services contract for the US Army and Air Force. Jen has a proven record leading large teams, setting strategic direction, driving innovation, and meeting customer needs and expectations. Jen graduated from West Chester University of PA with a B.A. in Communications with a concentration in Journalism.
