Call Center Services
We provide Call Center Services via 24/7 confidential comprehensive service member peer to peer support telephone lines open to all 54 States and Territories. We provide services that support the service member’s readiness and coping skills or resiliency and decrease the stigma associated with seeking treatment when needed and appropriate. Our Call Center services also include Resilience Case Management for service members who require referrals to additional sources of care. We provide communication support between the service member and the referral sources, track the referrals and follow up on actions taken by the service member in response to the referral.
